From London To Zimitello Castle - A wedding in Malta

After receiving a sweet email from London, I knew this couple would love getting married in Malta, as they wanted. We met a few months before the big day and spent 5 hours visiting 10 venues.

While cruising around the island looking at the different places available, the couple fell in love with a beautiful castle surrounded by greenery and situated in the Northern part of the Island, Castello Zammitello.

Through Helen, managing director of Jewelweddings, the couple booked all of their suppliers as she gave numerous suggestions to ensure that their dream became a reality. Having friends all around the world, 91 guests easily flew in to Malta and basked in the sun as they arrived to celebrate this magical union.

It was a cloudless day as the bride walked down to the simple yet elegant ceremony area that had been set up within the same venue. Getting closer to the aisle in her mermaid tail wedding dress, the groom looked up and smiled, waiting in anticipation for one the best days of their lives to begin together.

After the intimate ceremony, the couple and guests enjoyed a seated lunch outside and celebrated with laughter and love. By the evening, the wedding party was vibrant after the couple had their first dance under the brightly lit Castello. Guests joined in as fireworks brightened the sky, and then continued to dance the night away.
